Downtown Community Television Center. Since 1972 DCTV has been producing independent documentary productions dealing with social and political issues, youth produced media and broadcast documentaries by Jon Alpert for HBO, Discovery and PBS. DCTV is New York City's premiere resource for the low-budget independent digital filmmaker.
